Renewal Ranch Recognized by Arkansas Senate

On March 29, 2011 the men of Renewal Ranch met at the capitol building in Little Rock. In addition to our men, Louis Bishop, Larry and Dianne Hogue, and director, James Loy and his wife, Laura, were present.

The group first ate lunch at Cotham’s, then toured some of the building, listened in to the Senate in session as the work of Renewal Ranch was cited and recognized, met Governor Mike Beebe and had their picture made with him.

Charles and Donnie are Baptized!

Sunday night, March 26, Donnie and Charles were baptized by Larry Pillow at Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Conway, Arkansas.

Our hearts were made glad as these two precious men of God committed their lives to God. Thank you so much precious Cornerstone family for welcoming us and providing a smorgasbord of great desserts in celebration. To God be the glory! Great things He has done!

Charles and Donnie are Baptized!

We Have Landscaping!

After all the months of construction and dust, we have beautiful grass and bushes!

Missions Week!

The week before Spring Break, Arkansas Baptist High School provides a week of missions opportunities for its students.  This week, Jeff Hogue, boys’ head basketball coach, brought a group of young men out to RR each day.  Activities included buidling a horse shoe pit for the residents and helping get the parking lot in shape using railroad ties.

The week benefitted both the residents of RR and the students from ABHS as they got to listen to testimonies and worship together with the accompaniment of Shepherd Palmer and guest Dave Hinton.

RR also provided lunch each day for the guys and they were able to spend time together fellowshipping and getting to know one another.

On March 12, 2011 we were privileged to have Dave Hinton minister to us.  Not only did his words of testimony and scripture speak to our hearts but his great gift of song, guitar-playing and song writing also ministered to all of us and especially to the residents.

Missions Conference

Renewal Ranch had the opportunity and extreme privilege to be included in Bellevue Baptist Church’s, Memphis Tennessee, Shattering the Darkness 2011 Missions Conference.

James and Laura Loy and Larry Dianne Hogue hosted the booth that contained information about our new venture with God.

The main thrust of this conference is to give many deserving ministries the chance to get their message out to many people.
